Prof. Kapil Kapoor

$img_titleDr Kapil Kapoor is a leading authority on national issues especially in higher education and social issues. He has mentored several organizations including governments, universities and think tanks. 

Dr. Kapil Kapoor is former Professor of English, Centre for Linguistics and English, and Concurrent Professor, Centre for Sanskrit Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was Dean of the School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies, JNU and Rector of the University. He is a scholar in literary and linguistic theories, both Indian and Western, philosophy of language, nineteenth century British life, literature and thought, and Indian intellectual traditions. Dr. Kapil Kapoor has been the Governing Body member of Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), Shimla; Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR), and India Studies, Trinity College.

 

Dr. Kapoor has delivered lectures by invitation in Universities, House of Lords, and Think Tanks in India and abroad. He has been Chief Editor of Indian Poetics, a UNESCO project and Editor-in-Chief of Indian Heritage Research Foundation (USA) sponsored Encyclopaedia of Hinduism.

 

 

 

 

Prof. Rakesh Sinha

Delhi based Think tank, since its physical inception in 2008. Under his able guidance IPF has been able to establish itself as a credible and globally accepted think tank.

 

Prof. Sinha is one of the most eminent political scientists in the country today. He is graduate and masters of Delhi University. Prof. Sinha topped the University in masters’ program and was awarded Gold medal and the prestigious Prof C J Chako for his outstanding performance.

 

Prof. Sinha has authored several books and research papers. His books and monographs are debated and appreciated by the by the prominent intellectuals in India. His other works include, Political Journalism (under the fellowship of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal, Indian Muslims, Terrorism and Indian Media. A regulator news paper contributor and invitee in public debates in news channels, Dr Sinha is recognized for his sharpe research and speaking ability.

 

Prof. Rakesh Sinha is credited with breaking the ice on the Sachar Committee report, Minority report, Dalit studies, Media reporting and independence.
